By joining one of our clubs, you are committing to receive a minimum of 2-club orders from day of sign-up.  Day of sign-up purchases do not count toward your 2-club commitment.

Please notify us of any credit card or address changes. This can be done directly by accessing your online account, by contacting us via email or by calling our east coast offices (see contact information below). 


By joining one of our clubs, you are authorizing us to automatically charge the credit card we have on file for you, including the cost of the club wines plus state tax and any shipping charges.

We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.  Proof of age and an adult signature will be required for delivery.  Sorry "signature on file" requests cannot be honored.


You may arrange to have your club order available for pick-up at the tasting room. If not picked-up within 60 days, we reserve the right to ship your wine to you and charge shipping costs per your club level.

We ship via a third-party shipper, and you are authorizing us to act as your agent to ship your wine to you.  In doing so, we will be sharing some limited personal information with the shipper. You will also be charged CA Sales Tax on your order.

Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Michigan, Mississippi, Rhode Island,  Utah and Vermont.

General Policies

  • At Jean Edwards Cellars we respect your privacy, and your information will never be sold or shared. Your information will only be utilized so that we may provide you with a superior level of customer service reflective of the quality of our wines.
  • When you browse our website, certain information may be collected from your browsing experience. This may include browser type, operating system, length of time on our website, and which pages you have viewed.
  • We also collect personal information when processing an order, when you sign-up for our mailing list or join one of our clubs.  
  • We may also share a limited amount of personal information (name, ship to address, email address and telephone number) for any orders shipping via our third party shipper.
  • You must be 21 years of age or older to order wine from us. By submitting an order, signing up for our mailing list or joining one of our wine clubs, you are verifying that you reach the legal minimum age requirements.
  • State shipping regulations are constantly changing and the states we ship-to directly or via third parties may change.  If we cannot ship to your state, we will contact you.  
  • We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible. 
  • We reserve the right to hold your shipment due to weather until such time as weather will not impact the quality of your wine.
